Runescape scammed me?

Ok, i orded membership by sms i sent the text and stuff. BUT... they've took the money from my phone but havent sent me a text back? like wth? :@ :@

It happened to me, when it says, on the enter your code screen, at the bottom should be a support buttun click that then click 'I haven't recieved my pin'
