Girls Opinions on Boys

I've had many girlfriends before when I was younger but its been about 1 year now since I last got involved in a relationship. I know two people who fancy me but I don't fancy them to be perfectly honest.

I'm well aware that I have a lisp, which I think I only picked up on in Year 7 at the earliest. I'm now in Year 9 and I feel lonely without anyone.

What do girls think to boys with lisps? I'm going to a speech therapy in a week or two to get it sorted but I'd just like to know, it might help other people too. :)

I'm 13 but my lisp has really been annoying me. It worrys me when I have ot read something out in english or say "Yes sir" to the register on school mornings. Its not to bad, just a usual.

I'd just really want to know what girls think about boys who have them?

The reason you dont want to go out with the grils to supposdly like you, is the very same reason girls may not want to go out with you.

It All Depends On The Person. If They Have A Good Personality, Looks, Are Nice, Etc.

If People Are Shallow They Wont, If People Are Accepting And Nice They Will

It wouldn't matter to me. I've never been with a boy with a lisp, i have been with one who couldn't say R's and stuff but it didn't bother me at all...

I dont think your lisp would affect it.

The fact that 2 people fancy you is a good thing even if you don't fancy them. Atleast someone fancies you. Not everyone can safely say that someone fancies them.

I'm in my final year at school, 5 weeks 'til I finish, however, I myself have begun to develop a lisp, my friends made me aware of it a few months back. I've not really bothered for a relationship right now, due to many problems within my family and mental problems from which I suffer, I've taken the view on life that if it's meant to happen, it will, there's no point in looking for what I want, if I'm meant to have it, it'll turn up. It's lead to me being extremely laid back about anything, but meh.

Im in yr 8 nd this girl in my class has a lisp, some ppl bully her a bit but she is also quite brainy aswell. I dnt think a lisp affects the person as they wouldn't choose to have the lisp. but it would affect their life depending on how bad the lisp.

well... i dont think that a lisp would effect a girls veiw on you. it certainly wouldnt effect my veiw. my boyfreind has a lisp but i dont really notice it because ive got used to it.

if a girl ever does change her mind about you because of your lisp then she is incredibly shallow and cant like you that much.

i think its good that u are goin to speech theropy because your lisp is obviously something that you are self concious about but try and be confident and it will be fine :D

if a girl likes you that much a lisp wont efeect anythin :D:D
