Noob Help

Okay, I started RS a few weeks ago, but really I'm a bit of a noob, so I need a bit of help I guess. I have 150k, and my attack, defence and strength levels are all about 20. I have full black armour at the moment, and the only other stats of mine that are quite high are woodcutting and firemaking, which are about 30, and cooking, which is about 20.

Any ideas on how to build up my stats and/or get rich?

Oh, and if you want to get attack/strength/defence up, I go down into the sewers and fight those samelevel skeletons.

Sell them in 2k batches them if you sell for 50 ea you get 100k.
