PNG to PSD

Does anybody know of any progams that I can download that convert PNG files to PSD files. I don't have photoshop, so I can't do that.

What? Psd is a PHOTOSHOP format? why the hell would you want it UNLESS you were going to use it on PHOTOSHOP ?
Keep it as it is, as unless you have ps its pointless

:D If its a editable png ie fireworks png, thenb its ok keep it as fireworks png as itd be editable in photoshop aswell.
