Today i was told by the doctor i ripped some tissue in my right wrist.
She told me if i exercise it, the pain should be gone by the end of the week.
What i need is :
Any advice on what exercises i could do?

Take a small weight in your palm; this does not have to be a special gym equipment, it can be as simple as a can of beans).
Slowly rotate your wrist both clockwise and anti-clockwise for about 5-10 minutes. The following day progress to a slightly larger weight (say a litre bottle of orange squash, be imaginative). So long as you progress the weight each day then it should repair in no time.
One small thing, do not start off with a ridiculous weight, keep it sensible.

Theres been suggestions made which are appropriate to help this lad, yes theres a bit of humour in it but it still doesn't prevent any other suggestions..

Lol Great minds think alike if that was exercise my arm would be really Strong :D Wrist action...
