Graphics Request Forum

Hey, we've got a great graphics forum.. with plenty of good work.
I was just thinking of maybe adding a Graphics Requests Forum... so that those whom aren't very good with graphics, can request a ava/sig ect.
My apologies if one already exists, as im new to the forum. :)
