In the 3rd chapter (or 4th) you have to operate on A BOMB, lol <3

But it gets really sinister about people creating viruses for medical terrorism and stuff.

Theres some swearing as well,i'm surprised its only 7+ xP

You get time limits depending on the time of op,usually 5 or 10 minutes,but these are more than enough to finish the operations!
