Well it i s in the wrong section, but meh.

Habbo would give some sort of weeks - months notice before hand and I somehow doubt they will close at it's current state or in the close future.

I wouldn't feel that it was wasted. I had fun making rooms and trading stuff, I'd be a bit upset that I could no longer use it, but I'd certainly live. I could even get a life.

There's something in the T&Cs about a refund. Go read it sometime.

It'd be on the amount of credits worth of furni you own. As in how much you payed for it in credits/real money.

If Habbo closed then i am sure they wouldn't refund the money. But if Sulake decided to close the buisness i think another company would bid for it to take it over.

They wouldn't refund supers etc. but they would refund credits.

The Habbo brand is a multi million pound brand, that would never just be closed. If "push comes to shove" then they would sell, not close - for billions!
