Can anyone give me some advice on the subject of making a site?

The onlt applications i have are paint shop pro and paint lol.

I need to know where to host etc, How to make my site look good (layouts etc) and any other stuff you can tell me =D

firstly get a cpanel host there are many paying ones but if you want it for free then go to www.addyour.net (http://www.addyour.net)
Then u need a domain if your willing to pay for a .com etc i recomend www.1and1.co.uk (http://www.1and1.co.uk) if you dont wanna pay
www.freedomain.co.nr (http://www.freedomain.co.nr) for a .co.nr
www.dot.tk (http://www.dot.tk) for a .tk
