This is new. I was trading some furni from my clone about 3 days ago and i traded a fish and now when i try trading it that notice comes up. Its just fish bones though

Swiss is right. Why would jinxi recieve a message when someone else puts a fish in the trade box? The pop-up message is blocking what jinxi is putting in the trade box. The fish you can see is the item jinxi is being offered.

Perhaps Jinx tried to put his own pet food in but couldnt.
Because the other fish that somone else offered is full and therefor still tradeable
