46 is its number, it is burnt orange body, things with 8 crawl on it, it has 3 mouths that can't eat, and it has a blue eye hiding its grave.

Answer :

The sapphire respawn in the Spider's Nest in level 46 Wilderness. Dig under the sapphire spawn.

Can someone mark on a map where it is? And if anyone could escort me safely it'd be greatly appreciated <3 Thankies
