Ryan drops by Theresa's apartment to talk but she is not alone, Eddie and another man are there. Last Episode of Season 3...

The OC will be back for Season 4. According to Josh Schwartz he is planning a major reinvention of the show next season. Season 4 will include Kaitlin moving back to town and the show somewhat centering around her along with Taylor becoming a season regular.

I watched an episode cos it was recommended to me. I fell asleep, so I gave it another chance. Within about 6 minutes I was bored. So yeah, I couldn't care less tbh.
