Cannot stand goths. I also voted other because I don't like emos or "alternative" kids. They all fit into the same category: idiot.

They aren't different, they aren't individual, they're exactly the same as anyone. I conform to what I feel is right, and they conform to nonconformism. It's more difficult these days to find someone who doesn't claim to be "different/alternative/individual/just me" than it is to find someone who accepts that everything influences everyone.

Gangster wannabes - funny, at least they know what they are and accept that they aren't completely original.

Popularity hunters - Fair enough, everyone wants to have friends. If you change your fashion to get more friends, why not? You can say "be yourself" all you like, maybe someone's "self" is to do that.

Racists - Each to their own. I don't agree with racism myself, but I won't stop anyone believing anything, unless it's something completely stupid *cough*conspiracy theorists*cough*.

Bullies - Everyone gotta feel good about themselves somehow. The world is run on capitalism, where you have to fight to be top dog.

Stuck-ups - This is where I come in. I think I'm better than everyone else, and damned if I'll let anyone prove otherwise.

Annoying people - Good to make fun of.

Scared of everything - Don't really know anyone like this, but these people need help, not hate.

gangster wanna-bes: I got a couple of them in my class, they are so pathetic, they really think they are the biggest gangsters in the world.

popularity-weirdos: Again, I got some of those in my class, they are so anoying, they want to be loved by everybody, so anoying.

stuck-ups: Got a few of them, one of them is the biggest wanna-be gangster in my class and also the most pathetic and arogant one. Then there is this geeky guy, but he thinks he's the smartest, strongest and best looking guy in the whole world. -.- Well, he never had a girlfriend and he turns into a tomato when handsome girls 'talk' to him, you already hurt him when you give him a pat on the back. He gets good grades but he forgets about other people, they get the same or even better grades.

scared of everything: Those girls are so anoying, they flip when there is a tiny spider or bug, I mean just smash it or pick it up and set it free.

No, of course we arn't all exactly the same and we are all individual in our own ways, but I don't feel you can categorise people. People dress/look/act etc. whichever way they want, but who are we to say because they dress/look/act in that way, they are a certain type of person?

Why should we not? Like it or loathe it, these subcultures exist. Part of true human nature is tribal life, and we've been turned into groups far larger than we were ever supposed to be. We now live together with the other 6 billion+ people, and we're supposedly meant to get on with every single one of them. Subcultures exist because we as humans need them. They give us an identity, and something to identify others by. If you don't like it, chances are you come under the label "Liberal". Sorry, this is reality - and in the real world, things happen as truth, not as interpretations.

We're not all the same. Not at all. Everything we see, do, hear, touch, smell and taste affects us in some way. No-one is entirely original, because everyone if influenced by a variety of things, and we're most certainly not the same as each other. Why do you hate people for their goals? I'm sure you have goals, maybe to be a famous musician or something, it's all to do with what you like. What they like might well be socialising with lots of people, and as I'm sure you've probably seen/experienced, mass popularity means power with young people, and isn't exactly a bad thing in later life either. The 3/4 emo thing is a bit daft, I'll admit, but people can be what they want to be.

Well, I just don't agree with stereotyping personally. For instance, if you maybe had a voice which would be classed as 'camp', or (not so much in this day in age) wore pink, I don't think it's fair and right for peopel to class you as gay. Adaptation is one of nature's greatest achievements, I don't get why it's so frowned upon in today's society. If someone's happy putting on a front (and many people are) then there's no problem.


Also, people will think thats how real life works. How everything will work out fine as long you have tons of people who like you.
