How come i'm cautioned? I haven't been rude at all recently and i haven't recieved why i am cautioned.

The reason you are cautioned has probably been send to your registered e-mail adress, check your mail. :)

If you think you've been cautioned unfairly you should pm an admin, they'll uncaution you if you think you've been cautioned unfairly or you'll remain like that if you really did something bad.

A usernote is a note mods make on your account when you broke a rule, only mods and admins can see them, so you've broken the rules too many times.

So like,they tick off or write 1 usernote for every time they see you do something bad,and when you reach 10 you're cautioned

I don't know if you get cautioned every 10 times, it probably depends what rules you broke.

Yes, it's if you get alot of the same reason also. and if you have had them with in like a month period. :)
