Don't think so, but if you go to the admincp/modcp if the names on the main page link to something or at the bottom of the page where it says vBulletin 3.5.3 on the ADMINCP if that links to vbulletin then it's real.

Yep remove it or vb could fine you or take away ur hosting

my host told me once they fined hem £50 and if he didnt pay then they would take away his reseller

vBulletin contact your host and get it removed, Well thats the first thing they do in my experiance of reporting fake boards, It irritates me though that people won't pay for something like vBulletin, It isn't all that expensive anyway and with no licence you can't get any extentions so whats the point? ;)
