Rooney, Owen & Beckham All Out of World Cup?

We know Rooney could definately be, but do you think Michael Owen and David Beckham will be ready for it? I think they will, but I think Rooney will only miss the first 1 or 2 games of the Cup.

Owen and Beckham will be fit.
Rooney won't be fit, and I doubt he will play any part in the world cup considering he won't be back until after the group stages I believe and he wouldn't have any previous games in about two months by that stage and it would be risky too play him and would be a bit of a downer for the person who replaces him.

roooney wont play considering he wont be fully fit as he has multiple fractures and he would be rusty so i wouldnt take the risk
