Problem is i can make templates but when it comes to coding them, i am not so good. So i am offering i will make the template and the other half will code :). When i sell the other person will get 50% of the selling price if i use then the person can become co-owner of the site i use it on :).

I can code properly, not with Fireworks export, divs, css ect. And they will expand without breaking up images. I may do it once you get some sales
