It is rather simple i reckon.

TOp Banner and image, 4 buttons are images, the main content bit a table, and the bottom disclaimer bit an image.

The background is just a colour what i can add later.

I'm a n00b to web desing/coding.

The first website you made wasnt a Van Gough Masterpiece was it? No!

So, stop criticising, and point out where I could improve.

And yes, I know it was b*ll*cks. It's for my school website.

The moral of this story. Dont shop for it...argos it. I mean, Everyone starts somewhere. But bringing down like this really aint helping. If no-one starts, no-one finishes.
