If you only want it to 70 ten only buy about 5k iron arrows or knifes, no point wasting so much money and you wont use hardly any.

You should go to King Lanthas training camp, theres loads of caged ogres, you need to do Plauge City -> then Biohazard to be granted access but its maybe xp :)
