I think this is the first Habbo layout I've ever made.. Anyway, it took me about 1 hour to make rate out of 10 and constructive criticism is welcome.

i would buy but have no use for it. if you want habbo sygon might offer upto 4hc for it coded

Pfft, he won't. I just gave it to Sygon uncoded, he wouldn't give me anything for it. But I still have the rights for it, I'm just letting Sygon use the temp for whatever he's doing.
