Anyway, Do The Greener Green blocks go up every 200 rep? If so Why hasn't my Rep power gone up when that did?

How many rep points do you have? You should have 700+ because you get 1 green rep block per 100 rep and you have 7 blocks.

as soon as you get 500 rep points, you start getting light green rep blocks after every 200 rep points.
