If I ran habbo I'd add the following rooms:
- Ice Rink
- Skate Park (You have togive the skaters somewhere to go)
- A Beach and beach bar

It could be good.... But you might want a indoor ice rink and skate park case then the hotel view gets messy.

But the next question is where is the habbo gardens? Must be hidden behind the hotel...

Theres only 1 problem with that, And that is that habbo is a hotel so it probs wouldnt habbo a beach or Skate park! Maby Ice ring!

That would be cool, but the amount of programming to make an ice-rink would take to make it possible will not make it worth it as it would slow habbo right down.
A swimming pool guest room would be easy to make as habbo have done it before in the form of Habbo Lido I & II.

Thats what I mean Kezz. How could you make a habbo slide? It would take alot of programming to make it possible, even then it would be slow so there would be no point.

It is a good idea, but on a skateboard you move more fluently and quciker and the fluent part will be a problem, also when they fall over

Hmm, can anyone remember that beach alt on the old MyHabbo.com, you mean something like that, and for ice rinks and skate parks, instead of walking normally you would be on a board or skates and just move abit faster, no need for falling over...
