How do u sell something on Ebay?

I was wondering how do u sell something on Ebay. I want to sell my 256 MB Memory Stick for a PSP and my dad doesnt know how to do it. Can someone tell me how to do it? Step by step. Like What you do at the Post Office straight from the computer. + rep for help

Also, so someone will trust that its yours, make sure you get a picture of like it somewhere with like notes saying "PROOF THAT THIS IS MINE" and like write on your forehead and take a picture of you with it :P
