Thats exactly what happened to me and a few others i know, i used another account to get the link again as i had removed the msg of my main account, and it takes ageeeeeeees to complete :(

I'm under 14, 13, but I still recived the message, and my DOB is correct saying I am 13. :) I didn't click the link, as I thought it was some silly junk.
