Sorry freewebs + cutenews or anything php cannot work as frerewebs doesnt support php, so try find a host that does, maybe try fusion news?

try roxr.com or pweb.info thats the only 2 free cpanel hosts i know :( try searching on google for 'Free cPanel Hosting'

Cutenews is the best. I tryed LOADS of news system (even made my own). They couldent match up to cutenews by a long shot. But I think the licence is a bit too dear.
