For a first effort that's pretty good, although ALOT is wrong with it, such as the quality of the image, the placement of the navigation text and a lot more.

Improve them and 7/10 but for the moment 6/10.

Its good, but as you said i dont like the banner. Also its a bit blury :S

the blurryness happened when i saved it to .png ill edit the orignal and re post ;)
