Are any of you school leavers having your Dinner and Dance / Proms / Leaving Nights anytime soon? Are you looking forward to it? Do you have a partner that you're going with? Are they your boyfriend/girlfriend or just a mate?

For those of you that have already had your prom / dinner and dance / leaving nights, you can answer the questions too :).

I'm looking forward to mine. I was going with someone but we have a very on off on off on off relationship, so now I'm not, and it's possible my "best mate" is gonna ask her to go with him. Yeah, I would be gutted if they went together.

As for the night itself, I don't really know what to expect...

I've got my suit but I'm going into town with some girls so they can check it out and change it for me coz i dont like it lol.

Go.

Yes, We're having a leavers doo as they call it, but we've had to pay £15 each for it as it's at a really fancie hall.

We had something like that last year or so a "Prom", we are not having one this year. They probs just take us bowling or somewhere stupid and then go out on the leaving day and get drunk :P

Good luck with ur dance/dinner anyway :)

We don't have anything like that at our school but our school is cheap.. Although we do have the senior prom which you have to pay £10 every month for :s Paul dancing isn't that, you'll be fine because there are other people in the same situation as you :p

I hated my prom 2 years ago. It was fine the weeks after until people from the prom started pranking my phone and just being generally immature. I still see them around the college now but oh well. I'm not going to this years one it'll be dead boring.

I had my year 11 leaver's prom last night, the music was terrible but it had free food, and it was nice being together with all my chums in one place for the last time (we're now on study leave). Wasn't expensive, only cost a tenner and then whatever you felt like paying for suit hire (think mine was £50 or something). Went with my ex who I'm luckily still close with, and everyone had a good time as far as I know. Couple of my mates were drunk and kissed everyone (EVERYONE), good times. Good times.
