But that takes a while to achieve.

takes a long time but depends what game / trust your after..if its buying vip/vvip, you could go first for staff/trusted members then youll gain trust :).

There isn't something measuring "trust", hence it can't be obtained by following a simple explanation. You just need to be a trustworthy person, and normally people can work that out by looking at the posts you've made (and things other people have said about you).

or they can buy vip or rep and look like people trust them
i.e someone could come on forum and buy rep and vip so it looks like they earned it.always check threads about them ;)

I doubt anyone will assume you're trustworthy as you've got V.I.P and reputation points.
