A suggestion I received that could be the solution to the disliked vending machine:
Put cans and ice cubes come out from behind the sign to jazz it uo a bit :)

Most hospital are made to have differnet sections (Wings or wards) for differnet things. This is really no specialty ward and isnt based off anything so I find it strange that you can say 'You made it look alot like the East Wing"

Paint was used to design everything in the room. Photoshop was used for layering and the text glow.
