Ok, i have been doing some reaserch and i have found out an easy way to get a licence for your habbo radio. goto http://www.live365.com/broadcast/ it comes with a built in licence

all it costs is £9.99 a mounth and you can use paypal :o

Even tho we talked about this yesterday about a licenses doesn't really matter because its not like your going to get found unless someone reports you.

This is Completly true, it is a very unknown fact in the Uk, most americans i've met no tho

the price given amonth is alot better then what i'veseen around

and theres alot of pressure for ACTUAL hosts to check there clients have liences if there playing copyrighted music

by actual i don't mean the 13 year old with a reseller or even a VPS i mean multinational companies with payrolls.

In the UK there is a thing going on with music in hairdressers, they now have to pay the license thing.

TECHNICALLY you do, but that'd be too greedy and a judge would just throw it out of court. xD

There used to be a radio license. You hade to buy a license to for your radio like tv license.

Playing in a pub
broadcasting
streaming
shoutcast (all hosts disagree)
MP3 storage
copying to cds
playing on an mp3
playing in shops
playing in hairdressers
whats next

Copying to a CD is legal if it is for your personal use, and only one copy is played at each time.
