What Verison is it?

If its v1.2 or v1.3 and you know the Hex Colour Codes (Can be found on google) then there is a Basic Skin Generator. It will give you the CSS. http://www.ifskinzone.net/applications/aioskingen/aioskingen.php is the link. This is where i Started making My first very Simple Skins for IPB
