well mine does and i went on world 16 to do air crafting and it goes this world is full or offline

and i went on rs home and it come up that it only had 500 odd people on?

That used to happen to me when I used to use SS, it's not because of the new software stuff. You might need to download a newer SS or reset your PC?

Err.. what? :s How can that work? when you load a world it downloads the updates etc.. =S!

Anyhow..

Ofton happenes i just reboot computer and it works if not i need to go on with a browser (for example firefox) and load it, leave it a few mins and worked..

Mine's not working... Oh well... The only reason I use it is so I don't have to 'select detail' then 'low detail' a thousand times to get into world 2.

You most likely need to download a new version of SS. From time to time, Jagex changes the links to things, such as the worlds, which causes what you described to happen. The newest version of SS available now is v2.22, so make sure you have that. If not, download it. If yes, then try what the others have suggested
