Earlier today in my french lesson and we did our end of year test.

I was sitting there at a slight angel and she acused me of cheating. She then deducted 5marks (fair enough) and heres what happened:

I said i wasnt turning round and refused to turn round anymore, so she made me stand up and acused me of not understanding english because i said what even though shes french and im english... she then grabbed me and spun me into my chair and i hit my knee.

Later she called me up and had a go so i and i gave her dirty looks PMSL. She then said why am i being like this, and i said because you touched me... she then told me that if i go home and tell my parents she would tell the headmaster about me.

I warned her not to threaten me and she said ok, and gave me the marks back...

who agrees that what she did was wrong?

Ignore what she says about no telling anyone, as what she did was wrong. You better tell the head, before she starts doing it to other students at ya school.

And your thread title makes it sound like she touched you in a different way.

Why was the teacher in the wrong? "OH NO3Z U TUCHED MY ARM"
It's not that much of a big deal, it's not as if she intended to hurt you.

correction... Teachers may only touch a pupil to restrain them and to comfort them.

She was minorly in the wrong, but, to be homnest, I think this whole system is wrong where anything a teacher does can get her/him seriously into trouble. So long as you weren' doing anything really wrong yourslef I'm sure t's ok to complain though

JackBuddy

Complaining is just pathetic, and so is getting money out of them for a cut knee. So politically correct nowadays! :P

She was in the wrong, But I suppose she didn't do anything all that bad, So its not really worth mentioning it

23-05-2006, 09:28 PM
By the sounds of it she knows shes in the wrong because she doesnt want you to tell anyone- so I'd go ahead and complain to just about eveyr higher member of staff at your school and get your parents to do the same.

(Sorry if someting like this is already posted I cba to read all the posts through, lazy I know)
