how old do you have to be to become a hobba? it says 18 on the official site but i have heard you can join at 13. could someone please answer my question?

well Ill add to the info. 18 Yr Old Hobbas have very high powers as they signed a contract. 13 Yr Old Hobbas have minimal powers and really they are virtually useless, as good a Hobba as they are, there really isnt much they can do. Im not saying that they dnt do a good job, but they have pretty much no job to do as 13 Yr Old Hobbas.'

18 Yr Olds have moe power tho cos they sign a contract but u cant legally do that at 13. So thats everything about it that wont confuse ya :D
