Yes, it's a good trade. Full torags without hammers is 2.4m (I think, might have changed).

He doesn't. I was confused first too.
What he means is:
Full torags.
+
Some stuff worth 100k in total.
So he got 2.6m.+ (not sure about the price of torags)
