Personally i don't like it..

The banner could be re done completely and save as a .png to have a good quality, also the background should be a .png.

Maybe change the icons to suit habbo?

Yeah, the banner is just a habbo in a room and the title of the forum.

I like the white colour of the skin, but it's all white, why not add the headings a grey colour, or a light blue, something that would go better with the background.

Background is a good contrast from the actual forum, however, the forums are all white. Maybe add some different shades (gray) etc, and I think someone suggested blue.

The skin isn't half bad, but the banner REALLY lets it down.
