Size needs to be 13" - 16" and not a floor tom.

First was 8" x 8"
Second was 12"

Yeah your best doing that, 'cause if you buy a ****** one, you'll probably just buy another better one when you have enough, so that'll be wasting money =D

Not really. No drum can be classed as crap. It's basically the same, With a different skin.

But the skin could rip or wear easily etc, the wood could be made out of different wood etc. etc.

Wood doesn't make the difference on a drum.

If the skin ever breaks, I can get some for 50p.
