In edgeville mines i get 16 iron in a minute ( that includes running around in the triangle lol)

so 66000 /16= 4125 mins = about 70 hours lol :(

might be faster in dwarven mines?

Good luck on your goal. I have the same one! I started powermining at 80, though. My current level is 84...hopefully 85 by the time the weekend is over. If I were you i would just keep going to 85, so you don't have to mess with the stouts...but thats just my opinion.

the best place to power mine iron is at the east ardougne mine its packed with coal and iron and no ones ever there:)

belive it or not, many many people are getting 85 minning because of the runite ores, the ores take ages to respawn and they are only 2 runite rocks in f2p and 4 in p2p and with loads of people mine it.......:$

but what's really slowing me down also is banking the iron lol.

if i powermined it all I'd probs get 85 around December/January.

But if i bank it'll be easier for me to get around 82 smith in the future.

So i anticipate 85 mining a couple months into 2007. ;)

it's not very close to bank, pretty much the same distance from varok west bank (using brass key) or edgeville bank. ;)
