Ok. I need help..

Okay. I've got these problems I have to solve and I have to state and identify al the softwares and hardwares I would use to actually implement the task..

So basically, state and identify all the softwares and hardwares that would be involved for every problem.

Problem: Keeping accurate records of customers and tours

Problem: Use of Personal Information and send documentations to individuals

Problem: Calculating Costs, Expense, Income, Profit etc.

Problem: Producing a line graphs, bar graphs and pie charts to indicate cash flow of company

Problem: To produce an Advertising Media

Problem: Producing a TV Advert

Problem: Providing information to customers

Problem: Booking via Information System

Just try your best to answer the questoins. I've started on a few but I'm stuck on many.. I'll give +REP to anyone who tries

Please explain this problem in more detail.

'?' - To produce a Advertising... perhaps online advertisement you could use Macromedia Flash.

Problem: Producing a TV Advert
Windows Movie Maker lmao

Problem: Providing information to customers
You could setup your customers on a database (perhaps MySQL (online) or Microsoft Access (offline)). If you kept your customers emails in an online database (Persumably MySQL) I/you could support your self with a mass messaging script which will email all your customers or setup a mailing list.

Problem: Booking via Information System
Microsoft Access (offline -) or an online PHP form which submits the data to a database or email where you can review the data and approve it I suppose?

You could simply use hotmail or yahoo mail - whatever your default mail service is.

Most of it will be using Microsoft Office based equipment and basic uses of things like 'Mail Merge'

Microsoft Access - Databases
Microsoft Exel - Spreadsheets, graphs
Microsoft Powerpoint - Media, slight animations
Microsoft Word - Text processing
