Don't trust Dots-Hosting, he scammed me 5 hcs.
He said he would buy me the domain nekoland.co.uk for 5 hcs with namecheap. So I gave him 5 hcs, he said wait 24 hours for the transaction to go through. So I asked a few of my mates and on HF and they say it only takes a matter of minutes, so DONT trust him.

As stated by Tanky, it's having a laugh.

wi cn tlk leik dis in da foramz as, for the most of us, are comfortable that we have both the typing and english skills. When we are serious, we do not use the language you referred to. Most of the time, we are mocking the kids that do use this method of typing and are simply having fun.
