Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.

BMI Categories:

* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

You're not the right weight for your height, that's what BMI works out. BMI works out the ideal weight for your height, and yours registered as overweight.

Muscle weighs more than fat, and I do have alot of muscle in my arms and legs.
