WWE has announced the official launch of ECW as a brand extension to RAW and SmackDown. The ECW shows will be shown on the Sci Fi channel.

Im looking forward to ECW Because they have a table in nearly everymatch. Infact iv never actuly seen ECW before. But i know i will always perfer the WWE Brands to the ECW One.

Lol, no it wasn't.
WCW was bought by WWF in 2001. ECW filed for bankruptcy in the end of 2000. Neither of which were owned by the WWE.
