He robbed habbo, which robbing is against the law, no matter how good a person is how smart was he to try to rip them off. Scammers get whats coming.
if he used a credit card tha wernt his or whatever he should be banned its his own fault :s

That loser deserves to be banned.
Habbo is a chat site not life!
SO therefore, I hope he is rotting because I don't care about him being banned, he stole credit card, even if he used it for good it is still stealing. Everyone should say he should be kept banned!

If he's a legend, did he have to use a fake credit card then? Fraud is a serious crime.

He's no legend in my eyes.

If he is such a great Habbo, always willing to help out, he should realise that having credits on Habbo is not everything. Maybe he has realised this now. By using a fake credit card he stole from Habbo. I hope he pays back what he owes and gets unbanned, so he can go back and help out having learnt his lesson.
He's being nice to others at someone's expense. He's not the one paying for it.

Yeah, it's basically stealing things and giving them away. Imagine someone stole a television from someone's house. It wouldn't be okay to have done that just because they gave it away to a friend who didn't have a TV. The same applies on Habbo.

It's like Robin Hood, except stealing from the rich and giving to the poor that was to keep them eating and living, and Robin Hood was doing it for a good cause. However, using a fake credit card and giving pixels to people illegally does nothing for their lives, and he had no good reason to do it, therefore he's not a legend, more like a well known fraud.
The poll on this thread is stupid, he should be prosecuted (and he has/will) let alone banned, it's fraud, it's illegal, and there's no 'good cause' involved.
His will to prevent scams does not excuse him from breaking the Habbo Way and the law, he was taking part in a scam himself.. And he was 'doing good', as you say, on a virtual chat room, whereas he is performing something highly illegal in real life.
Lol reminds me of Robin Hood a bit.
Edit:  Sorry -Soro- didnt read ur message above me first lol
He is a criminal and should not only be banned, but also put in jail. WHat he did is a CRIME. Not a prank, not a joke.
Idiot.

Lol no need to be sorry.
But yeah, glad to see some people with sense who believe breaking the law is not a way to becoming a legend.

Using credit card fraud doesn't make hima legend no matter what he did, and putting "unban so and so" in your mission won't help them either.

The Habbo Way states:
You Must NOT:
- Break the law in the Hotel or talk others into breaking it
It also goes on to say:
Habbo Hotel reserves the right to use any means, whether technical or human, to uphold the Habbo Way. The Habbo Hotel management also reserves the right to refuse admission and may report anyone who breaks the law to the authorities (yes, that means the police).
Habbo Hotel sell people virtual 'furni' over the internet using a variety of methods, credit cards being one of them, as the same way as Woolworths down the road accepts credit cards, gift vouchers, or cash.
So why does he think it acceptable if you use a fraudulent credit card over the net and not on the high street?
We are discussing fraud here and he could be sentenced as this is a PROPER CRIME.
hes lucky the police werent involved.....
