I noticed that on habbox they have a page in which you can subscribe to a newsletter. I was wondering how to set up a service in the same way!

Yes Habbox Does Use Database, But There Are Some Free Website's Were You Can Get A Basic Html Code To Do It, Try loookign On Google.

www.bravenet.com is the easiest, but be aware that paying for hosting WILL pay off, make sure you get cPanel though! lol yiu get lotas cool scripts for it there

they use there own, java,css,html ect.. so they made it :)

i would recomend bravenet, it really is simple but i think you should maybe try www.hotscripts.com you will get some simple ones there but if you dont use a remotly hosted one you will need good hosting with FTP acess so you can upload all the of files that it will take up
