The drop of this item is due to more being bought in the hotel, they sell roughly 1 CS each but on the occasion I see a little bit more like a 1.5 CS trade.

They seem to not be seen very often now, and from my calculations of about 13 people this is what I got.

These are probabally the rarest rare in the hotel, If you go to any random room it will most likely not have them. So traders are offering more because the lack of selling from people.

Excellent report! Amazingly well done, but the only thing you did wrong was not posting how many times you saw the furni go for. :( But well done anyways. :D
