This tut is perfect to people with 800x600 res because it goes full screen so you dont need to scroll

How to play Runescape on your desktop:

Start>All Programs>Accessories>Notepad

After you've opened notepad, copy and paste the following code.
Code:

<html><head><title>runescape</title></head>
<body bgcolor="black"><div align="center">
<iframe src="http://www.runescape.com" width="1300" height="850"></iframe>
</div></body>
</html>


Now go to "Save as..." Type "Runescape.html". Select "All files" from the drop down box. Click OK.

Now, right click "properties" on your desktop and click the desktop tab. After that, hit the browse button. Search for Runescape.html and select it. Finally, select Runescape.html and apply as desktop.


Easier way: right click "properties" on your desktop and click the desktop tab. After that,go to customize desktop and hit the Web button then click new and type in http://www.runescape.com

I've done something the same before but put it on a freewebs with a javascript popup for useful reasons as my res is 800x600 :(

do that but delete it instead of pressing new

Please tell me why this was stickied? If you just download Windows/Runescape client thing, then you don't need it on your desktop.

Shut up every1 and yes i did write it and of a course of people hating me over the generations i shall e giving my hard earn stuff away for free to any takers as im leaving cos ezzie is being sad then every1 is being sad and yes ezzie i am sticking up to you im not scared of any of you geeks
