Hi, I need help with Dreamweaver. How do I stop my files locking?

Edit file
Double click the document icon in the site window to open the file for editing.

After editing, be sure to unlock the file using the 'Check In' button or command. Failing to check in a file will prevent others from editing it. The webmaster can break locks if needed.

Where is the check in botton. Is it that one with the 2 wires meeting with a blue dot? I have it connected them.

I do that and it locks again!?! ;/ And how do I stop my files changing to read only?

properties and uncheck read only

Right click on the file and click turn off read only?
