Is this fair?

I bought a domain of tom(Organised) for my djpanel a while ago and now because hes making a djpanel he said he doesnt want competition and he said he might disable the domain. Do you think this is fair as i have paid for the domain?

i also gave him zend encoder (cracked) for another domain after i gave it him i didnt get the domain,
