It has come to my attetion techtuts is down. Just as I went looking for a usersystem! Does anybody know how long they will be down?

could have used sql injection and dropped the db.. and the owner isnt around atm either..

Well it's their own fault that they don't back up thier databases, Damosdesigns gets 3 backups a week - But this is because I may be moving servers soon, but surely a widely used website can't simply click a button on their administration panel.

At least this is will teach them a lesson and they may start to backup their directories too.

tbh techtuts kinda sucks tutoral and content wize, i duno why its so popular, but also aint got a clue why there down, custom user systems do often lead to exploaitable code "/

Yea, but i have to make mine, not just wait for others to do it for me. Then i also have to make them as tutorals, As i dont class the copy and paste codes with no exsplinations you see around on sites like Techtuts as them "/

yes i do find that your tuts are much easier to follow

The reason there poipular is for that first usersystem, which isreally easy to make.
