Well I need some help, its to do with weight.

I have since year 6 gained a alot of weight :S

But the thing is I hate chocolate and junk food. People say to me cut down on junk food but I dotn eat any.

But I have been suffering from afew things since I was like in year 7 and my health has gone down a bit. So I find it hard to do sport like football and rugby.

I have:

Kerataconus - A uncommon condition in your eyes which changes the shape and makes the sight go and in my case I have jsut recently had a Cornia transplant. Due to this I cant play rufgy or contact sports basically for years.

Arthritus - I have it in my legs and I struggle to walk some days and until I was in year 3 I was in a wheel chair. This doesnt affect me as much anymore but some days it kills me.

Amongst all that I have the usualy Ashma, hayfever ect.

And I want to do something to help me loose weight. Im fed up of being the big guy and being picked on. I will be starting swimming very soon when my eye heals up.

Have you been on the computer loads? Because you'd be surprised how much fat you burn just doing everyday things. Maybe you can stat excersising with running. Maybe building up from a jog to get you body used to it then a faster longer run as you get used to it?

its not just junk food that you should cut down on.
since you dont do any sports. are you bored a lot of the time?
i used to be liek that + i started eating just for the sake of it.

i put on an amazing amount of weight like this. until i decided i had to do something about it.

now i go the gym as much as i can and i have my own weights etc for when i cant get to the gym.

swimming is very good for weight loss as you are using a lot of muscles.

before you eat something, have a look how much fat it contains, and try to find something else with less fat that you can eat instead.

hope this helps.
